Guided Personal Training

Due to Covid-19 Fit Female is making it easier to get personal training. Guided Personal Training is open to everyone men and women. You will get a custom workout that will be aligned with your goals and that you will be able to do at the gym at your own pace.  For this rate, you will have to purchase a minimum of 5 sessions and use them in a month's time.
